Go to Frequency Access
Click Login in the upper right-hand corner
Enter the email address associated with your MeWe account. (You cannot make this change if you cannot access the old email address or phone number. MeWe can not make the change for you.)
Open the email and click Verify Now
Click Add Contact
Enter a new phone number or email address NOT associated with another MeWe account.
This can also be done via your mobile browser.
There is no option to delete the invalid/old email address.
Confirm
Once the new email is added, you will need to log out of MeWe by clicking on your profile icon and clicking "Log out". Once at the MeWe homepage, you will click "Continue with Frequency" to log in.
