- Go to Frequency Access
- Click Login in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click Use phone number. Enter your phone number (you will need to have access to this phone number)
- Click Login
- Enter the 6-digit verification code you received via SMS
- Click Submit
- Click the + next to All Contacts
- Enter a new phone number or email address that is NOT associated with another MeWe account. There is no option to delete the invalid/old phone number.
- Confirm
- Once the new email is added, you must log out of MeWe by clicking on your profile icon and "Log out". Once at the MeWe homepage, you will click "Continue with Frequency"
This can also be done via your mobile browser.
There is no option to delete the invalid/old phone number.
