How do I recover my old account?

If you delete your mewe account/profile, the deletion will become permanent and cannot be undone. All content you have shared on mewe will be permanently removed. 

To recover your old account after deletion, login within 30 days using the same credentials. If you no longer have access to your original account information (email address or phone number), you will not be able to recover your mewe account.

Once the 30 days have passed you cannot recover the old mewe account, but you can create a new mewe profile using the same credentials (same email or phone number that was associated with the account you previously deleted).
