-If you deleted your account and are trying to log in with the same email address and or phone number, you will not be able to log in. Once 30 days have passed, you can re-create a MeWe profile using the same credentials. If you want to do it before 30 days, you can create an account with your telephone number or an alternate email address.
-If you didn't delete your account but no longer have access to the email address or phone number you used to sign up, unfortunately, you won’t be able to log in.
If you are still having any login issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@mewe.com with a screenshot and your 11-digit phone number (including the country code) in this format: +12123456789. Alternatively, you can provide the email address linked to your MeWe account.
If you were not prompted to create a password during sign-up, follow these steps:
- Go to the MeWe.com login screen.
- Enter your email address or phone number.
- Click on "Login with a password."
- Click on "Set a new password."
- You will be asked to enter your email address or phone number again.
- Click on "Reset password."
If you do not have access to the original phone number and or email address used to create your MeWe account, you will not be able to regain access.
