This short guide will tell you everything you need to know about Post Boosting with Soshi no mewe. This is a powerful feature designed to help you share your original content with the wider mewe community by increasing its visibility in the Explore tab.
Post Boosting allows you to use your Soshi to give your public posts a boost in visibility across the platform. When you boost a post, its ranking score is automatically adjusted, giving it a much higher chance of appearing in the Explore feed for other users to discover.
You can choose from three different tiers of boosting depending on how much visibility you want:

| Low | 20 Soshi |
| Medium | 50 Soshi |
| High | 100 Soshi |
Rules and Restrictions
To ensure the Explore feed remains high-quality and safe for everyone, certain restrictions apply to what can be boosted, and how boosted posts behave.
Eligibility Requirements
You can boost a post if:
- You are the original author of the post.
- The post's privacy setting is Public (Everyone on mewe or Anyone Only).
- You have a sufficient amount of Soshi in your wallet to cover the chosen tier.
- The post can be boosted at any moment during its lifetime, as long as it meets the criteria above.
When Boosting is Unavailable
The option to boost will not appear on your post box if the post is:
- A reshare of another user's post.
- Currently being created or is scheduled for a future release.
- Private or restricted to specific groups/friends.
- Already locked.
- Already boosted (each post can only be boosted once, for now)
Terms: If a boosted post violates mewe’s Terms of Service, the boost will be invalidated and will not take effect.
