Cancel your MeWe subscriptions

  1. Click on your Profile Icon in the upper lefthand corner 
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Subscriptions & Purchases
  4. Manage your subscriptions

You can't do this action through the MeWe App. Please use a computer or a mobile browser to complete the process. We do not typically offer refunds.

For PayPal: 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click "Payments".
  4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and click Cancel.
  5. Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.

 

  1. Open your Google Play Store app 
  2. Tap the Menu -> Subscriptions 
  3. Tap on the MeWe app
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If your subscription is not visible under this option, please review the Web instructions on canceling. We do not typically offer refunds.

 

  1. Open your iOS device Settings 
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  3. Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted
  4. Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions
  5. Find the MeWe subscription you want to cancel and tap on it
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription

If your subscription is not visible under this option, please review the Web instructions on canceling. We do not typically offer refunds.
