You will need to log in and cancel your subscription.
- Click on your Profile Icon in the upper lefthand corner
- Go to Settings
- Select Subscriptions & Purchases
- Manage your subscriptions
You can't perform this action through the MeWe App. Please use a computer or a mobile browser to complete the process. We do not typically offer refunds, and MeWe will not cancel your subscription for you.
For PayPal:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
- Click "Payments".
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and click Cancel.
- Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.
- Open your Google Play Store app
- Tap the Menu -> Subscriptions
- Tap on the MeWe app
- Tap Cancel Subscription
If your subscription isn't visible under the Google Play Store, please look at the Web/desktop instructions on canceling. We do not typically offer refunds. MeWe will not cancel your subscription for you.
- Open your iOS device Settings
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted
- Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions
- Find the MeWe subscription you want to cancel and tap on it
- Tap Cancel Subscription
If your subscription is not visible under the App Store, please review the web/desktop instructions for canceling. We do not typically offer refunds. MeWe will not cancel your subscription for you.
