Cancel your MeWe subscriptions

You will need to log in and cancel your subscription. Forgot password?

  1. Click on your Profile Icon in the upper left-hand corner 
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Subscriptions & Purchases
  4. Manage your subscriptions

You can't perform this action through the MeWe App. Please ensure you use a computer or mobile browser to complete the process. We do not typically offer refunds, and we will not cancel your subscription on your behalf.

For PayPal: 

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the gear icon (located next to Log Out) in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click "Payments."
  4. Scroll down and click on "Automatic payments."
  5. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel, and then click "Stop paying with PayPal."
  6. Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.

 

  1. Open your Google Play Store app 
  2. Tap the Menu -> Subscriptions 
  3. Tap on the MeWe app
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If your subscription isn't visible in the Google Play Store, please refer to the Web/desktop instructions for canceling. We do not typically offer refunds. MeWe will not cancel your subscription on your behalf.

 

  1. Open your iOS device Settings 
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen
  3. Tap View Apple ID and sign in if prompted
  4. Scroll down and tap on Subscriptions
  5. Find the MeWe subscription you want to cancel and tap on it
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription

If your subscription is not visible under the App Store, please review the web/desktop instructions for canceling. We do not typically offer refunds. MeWe will not cancel your subscription on your behalf.
